TAI provides support services at all times including holidays.
For support you may call the office at any time. If TAI is not open, press 6 for "after hours support" and your call will be transferred to the support representative covering after hours support. Your support representative may allow your call to go to voice mail, this allows us to listen to the issue and be prepared to offer immediate assistance when we return your call. TAI reserves the right to charge for after hours support calls unless your support services cover the day and time of the call.
You may send an email to support@taiconsulting.com. This email account is not monitored after hours, priority support should always be a phone call.
