Oswego Country Club. Being able to call Oswego County Club a Client is a testament to the persistence of TAI. For over ten years we have been patiently waiting for the time when TAI was needed. Patience paid off when their current providor could not provide the technology demanded by the industry. TAI is grateful for the opportunity and looks forward to a long tenure as Oswego's Technology Partner.
The Park Club - Kalamazoo Michigan. A traditional city club in a traditional midwestern city.Every once in a whilee we have a great opportunity to bring a club in the the 21st century for automation. The system previously in place was quite outdated and even the most basic features of club management systems was not there. The Manager had previous experience with TAI and as much as our application software was needed our experience and knowledge to assist The Park Club into the21st century was the far more important.
Chamberlyne Country Club – Danville Arkansas. Nestled in the Arkansas River Valley is a club honoring the rich tradition of Old English golf, this property is a perfect getaway from the sprawl of the big city. A traditional club, with traditional needs primary of which was a solution that was tailored to their needs and closely followed by the needs for timely and professional support. TAI replaced a vintage product that is now owned by a major corporation which explains their frustration with flexibility and support.
Amelia River Club, Amelia Island Florida. Referred to TAI from a current Client, the Amelia River Club has a long history on Amelia Island. New ownership intends to grow and develop this club to be the leading private clubs on the island. Critical to their success was selecting a partner in club technology that would advise and assist the club in it growth and provide the technical expertise where and when needed.
Lajitas Golf Resort, Lajitas Texas. Nestled on the Rio Grande River between The Big Bend National Park and the Big Bend State Park is one of the most picturesque properties in the country. A destination resort with membership, retail, lodging, fine dining, RV Park, Zip Lines and so much more. If you’re planning a vacation to Big Bend National Park, you have to stay at Lajitas! If you’re not planning a vacation to this area of the country, you should!
Crew's Next, Put-in-Bay Ohio. The Crew's nest is a unique property on picturesque South Bass Island also know as Put-in-Bay. The Crew's Nest is a private club with dining, marina, lodging and events. The Crew's Nest is also another in the long list of returning clients.220 Central Park South, NYC. This is a truly unique property on Central Park in New York's Millionaire Row of Central Park. 220 CPS is a new concept where many services are self contained. 220 CPS has an upscale restaurant by the world famous Jean-Georges along with private parking, exercise facilities, Spa and more. All residents will use have the advantage of a cashless building and receive a monthly statement for all transactions and activity.
Elkhorn Ridge, South Dakota. In Black Hills of South Dakota, just north of Deadwood is the sprawling Farley Ranch, home to the Elkhorn Ridge Golf Club. Elkhorn is a semi-private club with a spectacular 18 hole track that is breathtaking. TAI's role will be to integrate with Micros, the food and beverage point of sale solution and with RMS the lodging solution for the RJ Park allowing management a total, fully integrated solution.
Youngstown Country Club, Ohio. A classic traditional club that needed a software partner. TAI will be replacing of the big-three 'corporate' solution that looked good during the sales process but failed to meet their needs. TAI's knowledge, support, flexibility and the advantages the TAI Club Management Systems were strong reasons for the change but the real reason is that TAI will be there for them as a consultant and a partner.
Macatawa Bay Yacht Club, Michigan. A traditional Yacht Club on the shore of Lake Michigan. A picturesque location, with an active social membership. TAI was brought to the Club by the new General Manager who had previous experience with TAI.
1836 Club, Arkansas. A elegant city club on the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock. New ownership remodeled the club to serve the needs of both the traditional members and the younger generation as well. With multiple levels and dining options the 1836 Club needed TAI to integrate with both Micros and Quickbooks and to provide consultation assistance when requested.
Tennis and Racquet Club, Boston MA. The Tennis and Racquet Club is a private social and athletic club in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. If you love the history of clubs in the United States and appreciate the rich history of the Back Bay, T&R Club is the place.
